Read Acts 23-25

“But as he was discussing righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix became frightened and said, “Go away for the present, and when I find time I will summon you.”” Acts 24:25

Here, the Apostle Paul is engaged in conversation with Felix, the Roman Governor, and his wife Drusilla, a Jewess. We are told in Verse 24 that they had sent for him and “heard him speak about faith in Christ Jesus”. I am fascinated that the Holy Spirit chose these 3 items to highlight. What about “believing” or “receiving” or “praying”? NO! What is focused on are terms that demand “Repentance”!!! So once again I ask, “Why is this missing in Gospel Preaching today?” When was the last time you heard a Pastor discuss Faith in Christ and bring up this? It begs the question!
