“but they shall not go in to see the holy objects even for a moment, or they will die.” Numbers 4:20
These are God’s words to the Kohathites, commissioned to carry the Items of the Tabernacle. 1st, Aaron and his sons had to cover them so they would not be seen, “even for a moment, or they will die”, and then poles were inserted so that they would not be touched. Two things scream out in this verse; God is Holy and Man is Sinful! But still, God provided a Way to Himself and it had to be adhered to.
Today is no different; God is still Holy! We are still Sinful! And God has still provided a Way! Through Jesus Christ, and Him Alone!!! May this cause us all to Bow and Worship!
